Thinking Of You

I've been stale for the longest time when it comes to my crafting, that is one reason I love LOAD (Layout A Day) so much, but now that I am blogging again I decided I would join in on a few other things as well... first up, I found the Feeling Sketchy blog (via craftsbymorgyn) and as I love making cards and I also needed to make some to send to my Grandmother who is in a nursing home now, I thought I would just jump on in with both feet.

The sketch was perfect for a "Thinking Of You" card, well I think so anyway...

The optional challenge was to use only 2 colours, I used Purple and Green, but I did use a touch of brown as I really liked the natural contrast against the Purple and Green. I'm ok with that too, as it was only an optional challenge :D

I make my cards 4" x 6", that way I can print out my digital card fronts on a standard 4" x 6" photo and it's ready to go.

Kit used: At First Glance by Digital Shop Talk.
